The Zero Dropout Campaign (ZDC) works to prevent school dropout in South Africa by mobilising government, civil society, communities, and families to take collective responsibility for keeping learners in school.

Through research, advocacy, and community engagement, the campaign raises awareness about the systemic drivers of school dropout and promotes practical solutions.

As the campaign continues to grow its public visibility and stakeholder engagement, there is a need for a dedicated Community Manager and Communications Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day communications channels, maintain relationships with the campaign’s public audience and partners, and support broader media and communications efforts.
