Position Overview
Responsibilities - Serve as the first point of contact for student behavioural incidents and provide immediate intervention and de‑escalation support
- Facilitate restorative conversations and conflict resolution to help students understand the impact of their actions and rebuild positive relationships
- Build rapport with students and provide proactive support to those with behavioural concerns or requiring additional guidance
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of incidents, interventions, and student interactions in compliance with school policies and confidentiality requirements
- Collaborate closely with the Student Management Committee, teaching staff, counsellors, and school leaders to support student management and school discipline processes
Requirements - Prior experience in youth work is a MUST
