As our Youth Worker - Kaihāpai Rangatahi, you will provide care, guidance and support to ākonga under 25 helping them thrive in their studies and personal development. Working alongside academic staff and support services you will play a key role in fostering wellbeing, independence and success while contributing to a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build authentic relationships with youth learners and their whānau by supporting strong connections and encouraging them to succeed in tertiary education.
• Collaborate with staff and external agencies to provide holistic wellbeing support to learners and their whānau, including individual, group and whānau‑based support.
