Seeking a dedicated and student-centred Youth Worker to support student mentoring, behavioural intervention and school engagement programmes for secondary school students.
Key Responsibilities - Provide mentoring and regular check-ins for students requiring additional support.
- Support detention sessions, restorative conversations and behaviour reflection activities.
- Supervise students on in‑house suspension and facilitate re‑entry planning.
- Engage students during recess, lunch and other unstructured periods.
- Assist in planning and facilitating intervention programmes for at‑risk students.
- Monitor student progress and provide updates to the Student Management Committee.
- Work closely with Discipline Masters, Year Heads, School Counsellors, SEN Officers and teachers.
