Help shape youth programs at SPCA by sharing ideas, gathering feedback, and supporting the planning of engaging recreation programs for local youth.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Attend monthly Program Committee meetings to provide program feedback and share new ideas pertaining to youth interests.

Check in on youth leisure programs throughout each program session and conduct participant feedback questionnaires.

Research and recommend new youth programs based on community feedback and trends.

Assist in creating the seasonal program schedules and templates.

Collaborate with the Program Manager, Program Administrator, Program Co-Leads, and City of Kitchener team to ensure programs run effectively.

Assist in determining necessary program changes and updates to youth programs for each session.

Support the start of programs during the first two weeks of each session (four times a year)
