, Government of India to strengthen expertise within the ministry and other governmental bodies on matters related to international trade and investment law.CTIL operates as a
research think tank and advisory body , offering legal and technical guidance on issues connected with the
(WTO) , free trade agreements, and broader international economic law matters.
