Year 4 Teacher – Kensington and Chelsea – Inner London

Position: Year 4 Teacher (Primary). Contract: Permanent. Start: September 2026. Pay: MPS/UPS Pay Scale London + TLR for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons for a Year 4 class of up to 30 pupils, following the British Primary Curriculum.
• Support pupils to reach their full potential and achieve curriculum outcomes.
• Use a dedicated classroom and work closely with teaching assistants.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school meetings and professional development sessions.
• Implement the Head Teacher’s vision and adapt teaching methods to meet pupils’ diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Primary PGCE (or currently completing PGCE) is desirable.
• Experience teaching Year 4 or Key Stage 2 is welcome.
