Aspire People is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Primary Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the Selly Oak area. This is a full-time position (5 days per week) with an immediate start available.

The Role:

Full responsibility for a Year 3 class
Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
Strong classroom management skills
