Responsibilities - Manage alumni communications and respond to enquiries professionally across multiple channels.
- Maintain and update the alumni database to support effective outreach and engagement initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute local and overseas alumni engagement events and networking activities.
- Manage alumni-related digital content, including social media platforms and website updates.
