Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Driving Member Recruitment/Retention and WW Business
• Leverage personal connections to encourage member retention, ensuring interactions and workshops align with WW brand standards
• Deliver excellent experience to drive member referrals and workshop growth
• Cultivate member engagement with WW program and tools, ensuring member satisfaction with in‑workshop experience
• Leverage social media and internal platforms to engage with the WW community and support workshop growth and member retention
• Identify members’ needs and goals through effective questioning skills and active listening, tailoring recommendations of WW programmes and offerings
