The Population Health Strategic Analyst will utilize their analytical skills to collect, clean, analyze and interpret large data sets to build tools to create business solutions by using various reporting tools (Tableau, Epic Workbench, Clarity, Chronicles, etc.). They will structure analyses to monitor and forecast WVU Medicine’s performance in relation to the key drivers of success in value-based contracts (e.g., cost, utilization, quality, coding and documentation accuracy). Using data and analytical tools, the analyst will collaborate with Population Health Services Organization (PSHO) leaders to structure initiatives to improve or maintain performance in relation to targets / goals and to track the impact of implemented initiatives.
