Position Overview
Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead implementation and continuous improvement of site safety and environmental management systems in alignment with applicable Workplace Safety and Health legislation and company EHS framework.
- Drive on-site safety governance through regular inspections, risk assessments, audits, and corrective action tracking to ensure full compliance by all workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Design and deliver safety induction, training, and awareness initiatives, while fostering a strong safety culture across project teams and supporting certification and audit readiness.
- Act as key advisor to project and senior leadership on safety performance, incident prevention strategies, regulatory updates, and emerging EHS risks, including reporting and documentation requirements.
