Position Overview
Job Duties - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening and selection, reference checks, employment contracts, security clearance, educational background check, and work pass processing.
- Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical p-files), ensuring all staff documentation is complete, organized, and compliant.
- Coordinate end-to-end pre‑onboarding to onboarding and pre‑offboarding to offboarding process.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, internal employment policies, and audit standards.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal‑setting cycles, mid‑year/annual reviews, and KPI tracking, conducting probationary and/or initial service review.
