JOB PURPOSE

To support the delivery of high-quality electrical apprenticeship training through a dual role combining workshop management and practical training, preparing learners for AM2S end-point assessment and industry readiness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a safe, organised and fully equipped workshop environment
• Prepare materials, tools and training bays for practical sessions
• Deliver AM2S preparation sessions and practical training
