• To lead, guide and allocate team of mechanics in company workshop and sites based on requirement.
  
• Ability to diagnose hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues and give technical advice to team.
  
• Experience in maintenance of Heavy equipments, Light and heavy vehicles. Preferably in construction or infrastructure companies.
  
• Supervise daily activities in workshop. Allocate works to the mechanics.
  
• Monitor work done by mechanics and ensure it is technically correct.
  
• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance procedures are implemented and performed.
  
• Prepare Job cards and job reports. Maintain maintenance related records.
  
• Minimum 12-15 years of total experience needed. Out of which 05 years as workshop supervisor.
  
• UAE driving license mandatory (manual preferred).
