Job Purpose To manage and control the day-to-day execution of maintenance activities within the workshop, ensuring that work is carried out as per schedule, in compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The Production Controller ensures accurate documentation, proper coordination with technicians, and smooth workflow through all stages of component or engine maintenance.
Key Result Responsibilities - Oversee daily execution of assigned workshop maintenance tasks and ensure alignment with the plan provided by the Workshop Planning Engineer.
- Monitor task progress in real time and support technicians in resolving minor technical or process-related issues.
- Ensure all job cards are correctly filled, signed, and closed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate the routing of components through various workstations (e.g., teardown, cleaning, inspection, repair, assembly, testing). Including the outsourced work.
