Position Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Workshop Manager to join our Land Rover Dealership in Hereford. Hours of work are 08:00 - 17:30, Monday to Fridays and one in 3 Saturdays 8:00 - 12:30.

Basic Salary up to £40,000 with OTE up to £50,000 plus benefits.


The Workshop Manager is responsible for ensuring maximum productivity in the workshop, liaising between Service Advisors and Technicians, ensuring that all required work is actioned effectively and efficiently. 


Description

  • Managing the workflow of all jobs to brand standard.

  • Manage a team of Technicians ensuring workflow through the workshop is done in an efficient and effective manner. 

  • Provide focused management to the service department team, to ensure an excellent customer experience.
