The WSN will proactively engage with individuals across Capgemini and ISS at all levels, ensuring service excellence, effective communication and a consistently high standard of delivery throughout the building.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the “Meeting Rooms Standard”, including room presentation, equipment checks and stock replenishment. Prepare and deliver meeting room hospitality requests, including tea and coffee service. Ensure all areas are clean, tidy, well stocked and ready for business at all times. Serve day-to-day hospitality requirements and reinstate meeting rooms following use.
