Our client is a well-established, growth-focused HR and legal services group with a national presence. They are looking for a commercially minded Workplace Relations Consultant to join their advisory team in a role that sits well outside the traditional advisory or private practice mould. WIth modern offices based in North Sydney, you will work on a hybrid working arrangement. 

THE ROLE
Reporting directly into the Head of Workplace Relations and Enterprise Growth, this is a strategic delivery and growth role. You will provide specialist workplace relations expertise on complex and high-risk matters, act as an escalation point for advisory and contingent teams, and play an active role in identifying and converting cross-divisional growth opportunities across HR, legal, safety and payroll offerings.
