Position Overview

Our client, a global Customer Communications company is looking for a full-time Workplace Operator to be based in their client’s Horsham site.

As the Workplace Operator, you will be pivotal in delivering an agile and high-performing workplace, by working collaboratively with the clients to ensure seamless access to a range of services such as Managed Print Services (MPS), Stationery and Distribution Services

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational support across various services such as Managed Print Services, Stationery, Mail, and more.
  • Upholding high levels of customer service, ensuring Service Level Agreements are met.
  • Engaging with clients positively and professionally, contributing to a team-focused approach to optimise client results.
