Workplace Ambassador – Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, users, and vendor personnel, creating a welcoming environment.
- Answer and screen incoming calls and ensure that the reception desk is always covered.
- Manage mail and parcel deliveries (inbound/outbound), including internal distribution and communications to users.
- Create new hire and resigned employee mail slots.
- Book meeting rooms and Flex Office spaces and handle visitor registration.
