Job description
You will be processing work orders and ensure matching documentation and purchase orders, closing out jobs and invoice reconciliation.
Key Duties
- Overseeing all aspects of the work orders for preventative and reactive work
- Be a first point of contact and support customers by coordinating and scheduling services
- Close out of jobs, ensuring that subcontractor invoices match PO’s
- Administration support
- Ensure jobs are closed out with relevant documentation attached.
About you
- 4+ years’ experience working in a role as a service administrator / coordinator in the Facility Management or Maintenance Services industries is essential
