As a working student (d/m/f/x) in the field of strategy and portfolio management, you will support the analysis of the IT portfolio (e.g. in the area of retention and loyalty) and identify gaps and optimization potential.You will be actively involved in cross-departmental initiatives and support the planning and implementation of workshops or departmental meetings.You will also work on the design and further development of AI-supported agents.You will contribute your own suggestions for improvement and work iteratively on the further development of existing work artifacts.Ensuring the consistency of numbers and information from different source systems will also be part of your tasks.
