Hale International is delighted to be partnering with a leading organization undergoing significant investment in its HR technology landscape. We are seeking an experienced Workday Time Tracking SME to join the team and take ownership of the organization’s Workday Time Tracking module.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Workday professional to play a key role in optimizing and enhancing Time Tracking processes, partnering with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and the wider business to drive continuous improvement and maximize the value of the Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday Time Tracking, providing functional expertise and ongoing system support
• Own the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Workday Time Tracking module, ensuring it continues to meet evolving business requirements
