The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday HR solutions to meet client business requirements. Key Responsibilities Analyze client requirements and design effective Workday HCM solutions.
Configure, test, and support deployment of Workday modules.
Provide functional expertise in modules such as Absence, Talent, Performance, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, and other complex HCM solutions.
Participate in end-to-end deployment or AMS support activities.
Lead client discussions and provide consultative guidance.
