Requirements (What We're Looking For)

• Workday HCM Certification (Required)
• 1+ years experience implementing Workday HCM configurations for customers of all sizes and increasing complexity (Required)
• 1+ years experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing Workday HCM solutions according to customer requirements (Required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Required)
• French proficiency (Preferred)
• Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong written and oral communication skills
