You will serve as a subject matter expert on Workday and other HR technologies, ensuring our digital tools are optimized, well-maintained, and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities:

Workday Configuration & Documentation

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday modules, with a strong focus on Time, Absence, and Time Off.
• Develop and update detailed configuration documentation, SOPs, and process guidelines to ensure consistent and scalable system operations.

System Enhancements & Upgrades

• Lead or support configuration, testing, and deployment of system updates and new features.
