Job Summary:

The job manages and supports HR information systems (i.e. Workday) to optimize employee data, HR processes, and reporting. It analyzes workforce metrics to advise on decisions affecting the employees. It also ensures data integrity at all times.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities:

HRIS Data Management and Transaction Execution

• Ensure data management completion and integrity within HR Information Systems.
• Execute Workday HCM transactions.

Reporting and Analytics

• Generate HR reports, including manpower statistics, worker lists, ad hoc employee demographics, etc.
• Generate employee dashboards and analytics.
