Assist in the development and documentation of internal processes, guidelines, and reports related to customer experienceSupport the maintenance and management of customer experience tools and systems to ensure they are functioning effectivelyConduct research and data analysis to prepare for internal and external stakeholder workshops, and contribute to discussions with valuable insightsConduct market research efforts to identify industry trends and best practices related to customer experienceMaintain and organize the Customer Experience TeamBase Page, including updating documentation and creating new contentAssist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external meetings and workshops related to customer experience Requirements
