Schedule & Setting
• Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, 1-hour lunch
• Day shift coverage only, no call
• Will consider 3 days per week

Clinical Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient antepartum and gynecological care
• Work alongside OBGYNs, Certified Nurse Midwives, and licensed clinical social worker
• Outpatient OB patient care
• IUD placement and removal, Nexplanon insertion
• Supportive, collaborative practice environment

Practice Model
• Integrated care team for comprehensive patient support

Credentialing
• Outpatient credentialing completed in 1 3 days
