Opening in September 2026, East Pavilion is a brand-new, multi-million dollar 220-seat waterfront restaurant within the iconic Shoal Bay Country Club precinct, directly opposite Shoal Bay Beach.

Inspired by the port cities and coastlines of Asia, East Pavilion celebrates bold, generous Chinese cooking designed to be shared. Wok-fired dishes, premium produce and genuine hospitality come together in a stunning coastal setting, where two coastlines finally meet at one table.

We're building our opening team and looking for experienced Wok Chefs to help bring East Pavilion to life.

The Opportunity

As Wok Chef, you'll work closely with the Sous Chef, Senior Wok Chef and Chef de Cuisine to deliver exceptional food quality and consistency across every service.
