Role Summary

As a Windows Systems Analyst, your primary responsibility is to support and enhance Sun Life Financial’s global IT infrastructure by leveraging your expertise in Windows systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement routine and complex technical fixes on Windows servers.
• Act as an escalation point and subject‑matter expert for the technical team.
• Recommend technical fixes, plan routine changes, document actions, and perform standard validations.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to support, troubleshoot, monitor, and repair routine issues, ensuring the stability, availability, and reliability of the Wintel server environment.
• Take ownership of tasks, server builds, incidents, and client requests.
• Serve as lead technical consultant to configure, maintain, and continuously improve server performance and system reliability.
