About the Role We are seeking a hands-on
Windows Engineer
to support a high-performance, mission-critical IT environment. This role focuses on maintaining a
stable, secure, and highly available Wintel infrastructure , supporting core business systems.
Key Responsibilities Administer and support
Windows Server environments
(2016/2019/2022) Manage core infrastructure services including
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Maintain and optimize
VMware / Hyper-V virtualization platforms Perform
system patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation Monitor system health to ensure
maximum uptime and performance Troubleshoot and resolve
L2/L3 infrastructure issues Support
backup and disaster recovery operations Collaborate with internal teams to support
business-critical applications Maintain documentation and adhere to
change management and operational controls
