Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications through rigorous analysis, inspection, and process validation.
**Key Responsiblities**:
**- Prepare and submit complete PPAP documentation.**
**- Investigate customer complaints and drive timely corrective actions.**
**- Conduct final product inspections and maintain calibration records.**
**- Maintain and track gage control systems and MTE (Measuring & Test Equipment).**
**- Interface with customer engineering for critical characteristic definitions.**
**Requirements**:
**- Degree in a technical field preferred.**
**- 3-5 years of quality or manufacturing experience, ideally in automotive injection molding.**
**- Knowledge of PPAP, PFMEA, Gage R&R, LEAN, Six Sigma, ISO/TS standards.**
**- Willingness to travel to customer sites when necessary.**
