Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Handling all inbound calls, emails and chats pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
Qualifications
- Possess Diploma and above or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - Full training provided
- Have prior experience in handling customers or work in a call centre environment would be advantageous
- Strong command of English and Mandarin (both verbal & written)
- Able to work on graveyard shifts, public holidays and weekends
