Position Overview
West Hospital Clinic Looking for Senior / Staff Nurse (Min 3 Years PHI Exp) Up 5K #HJC Job Responsibilities - Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients in the appropriate discipline (depending on the clinic you are assigned to)
- Provide direct nursing care and engage in the patient activities that are specific to the appropriate discipline/clinics
- Perform nursing care procedures accordance to evidence‑based practices
- Provide education and counselling to patients prior to treatment
- Assist doctors in performing specific procedures
- Plan, deliver and evaluate health education for patients
- Ensure compliance to infection control and nursing policies
- Guide and support the junior nurses to ensure they provide standard of nursing care
