• 2-year undergraduate degree (Communications Arts / Education majors preferred)

• At least 1-2 years experience as Team Lead

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong leadership and talent development skills

• Effective interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office and report creation

• Willing to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays
