Position Overview
Role Responsibilities - Perform face massage treatments with precision and consistency
- Deliver a luxury client experience with strong attention to detail
- Provide professional consultation and recommendations
- Confident in upselling and promoting packages
Salary & Incentives - Base Salary: From $2,500
- Hands‑on Fee: $5 – $15 per treatment
- Sales Commission: 3% – 10% (for sales above $20K)
- Additional earnings for strong performers
Working Hours - Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 8 off days per month
Who We’re Looking For - Experience in facial / beauty / wellness treatments
- Good hands‑on technique and product knowledge
- Comfortable serving premium / discerning clients
- Well‑groomed, pleasant and presentable
