We are excited to be recruiting for a Wellbeing Manager on a part-time basis (18 hours week). As our Wellbeing Manager, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional wellbeing services to residents and the wider community at Lime Tree Village, Cawston. From creating engaging activities and building local partnerships to leading emergency response and offering one-to-one support, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our residents feel safe, active, and valued. Flexibility is essential, as the role will require occasional evening and weekend working to support resident activities, events, and the emergency response service.

You'll be hands-on, providing expert guidance, carrying out assessments, and building meaningful connections, while also leading on training, service development, and continuous improvement.
