JOB DRESCRIPTION Burial Management Handle the administration and filling of the burial (NEA, NOK and volunteers) Handle query on burial management Replace Dakwah team when needed. To coordinate with involved parties (eg. Volunteers, NOK) for the preparation and post ceremony. To keep Database of volunteers and NOK Qurban Local & Overseas Handle the administration and filing Upkeeping database of participants (Sahibul) Replace Dakwah team when needed To coordinate with involved parties (Eg. Volunteers, Authority & suppliers) and other relevant departments for the preparation and post ceremony. Handles queries on Qurban Ramdhan Iftar To attend to query & donation for iftar To coordinate with involved parties (Volunteers, Suppliers etc) and other relevant departments for the preparation and post iftar To mobilize AMIL duty and safe keeping of collections
