Assists the Senior Production Supervisor and Welding Supervisor in streamlining production processes and developing methods to utilize personnel and resources in the most economical ways possible. Develops ways to reduce costs and minimize errors and rejects during Production.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accepts from the PPC Group the mechanical drawings and Work Order Processing Sheets (WOPS) for the items to be produced in the production line.
• Helps to ensure that enough personnel are available to meet requirements.
• Helps to ensure that enough training and orientation of production personnel is being conducted.
• Ensures smooth turnover of accountabilities from section to section within the production floor and to other departments.
• Helps to supervise the execution of WOPS on the production floor.
