Pay: Up to £21.00 per hour depending on experience

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Welding Team Leader to join a busy and well-established manufacturing business based in Cookstown.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong production, welding or fabrication experience who is ready to lead a team, support day‑to‑day operations and help drive safety, quality and performance on the shop floor.

The role will involve:

• Supporting the welding team with daily production activities
• Scheduling workload, materials and priorities to meet targets
• Supporting the Production Supervisor with day‑to‑day operations
• Ensuring work is completed safely, accurately and on time
