**Welder / Fabricator $26 an hour**

This role focuses on MIG and related welding processes to fabricate structural components used in bridge and highway infrastructure. You will work in dedicated welding bays, performing high-quality welds on carbon steel components while following detailed blueprints and weld symbols. The position combines hands-on welding, material preparation, measurement, and inspection, with opportunities to gain certifications and cross-train in additional welding techniques.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG and related welding processes (including flux core and metal core arc welding) primarily on carbon steel components.
+ Weld splicing plates, rails, steel beams, beam connectors, expansion joints, barring joints, and other structural parts according to specifications.
+ Work in designated welding bays, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
