We're not looking for someone to fill a seat on a rota. We're looking for someone who wants to own something.

At Flyp, we manage premium UK residential properties from Cape Town — and we do it at a standard that doesn't take weekends off. This role exists because our owners and guests don't either.

As our Weekend Operations Associate, you'll be the operational backbone of the portfolio from Friday through Monday. Friday and Saturday are your active operational days — you're the point of contact across the portfolio, triaging issues, coordinating contractors, and keeping things moving. Sunday is lighter, but you're present. Monday you're in the office — closing the weekend out properly, walking the team through what happened, and making sure nothing carries over unresolved.

It's a 4-day week.
