4ON 4OFF Rotating Days and Nights - 19:00 - 07:00 and 07:00 - 19.00.Brief Job Duties:
To effectively motivate a team of people to meet production targetsTo effectively maximise production efficiency to ensure plan is met on an hourly/daily basisTo adhere to and promote best practice in accordance with company health, safety and quality regulationsTo ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company proceduresTo ensure that all areas comply with hygienic audits, both internal and externalTo ensure GMP (good manufacturing practices) and housekeeping (clean as you go) are strictly adhered toTo liaise with agency controllers on a day to day basis providing feedback regarding agency workersTo assist in the training and development of new startersTo act as a role model for best practiceM...
