Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities. Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain proper stock records. Lead and guide warehouse staff to achieve operational efficiency and productivity targets. Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation. Ensure compliance with workplace safety, housekeeping, and company procedures. Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners on deliveries and shipments. Troubleshoot operational issues and support continuous process improvements. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience, with supervisory experience preferred. Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control processes. Forklift licence/certification is preferred.
