Mon - Fri 08:00 - 16:00, must be flexible to cover PM 14:00 - 22:00 when training is required.

What will you be doing?

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs for various types of MHE, including forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, VNA and reach trucks.
• Deliver hands‑on training sessions and classroom instruction to new hires and current employees.
• Ensure training materials are up‑to‑date and in line with current regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct practical assessments and written tests to evaluate trainees' competency.
• Issue certifications to operators who meet the required standards of proficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of training sessions and certifications.
• Ensure all training programs comply with UK health and safety regulations and company policies.
