Warehouse Operative / Container Unloader

Location: Rugby
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shift: Day shifts, Monday to Friday, occasional weekends
Job Type: Temporary / Ongoing Agency Work

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives / Container Unloaders on behalf of our client. This is a physically demanding role within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Unloading shipping containers and deliveries
• Manual handling of goods (heavy lifting involved)
• Sorting, stacking, and palletising stock
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Meeting productivity and safety targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shifts
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Previous warehouse or container unloading experience is an advantage but not essential
