Responsibilities
-Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient execution.
-Ensure compliance with OHSA, safety standards, and company policies.
-Maintain a hands-on presence on the warehouse floor to support staff and resolve issues in real time.
-Supervise and manage a team of 4–6 warehouse employees based on workload and seasonality.
-Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, and overall inventory flow.
-Maintain accurate inventory through stock control, cycle counts, audits, and annual physical counts.
-Ensure organized storage, clear labelling, efficient layout, and proper staging for project-based shipments.
