EFI is looking for a temporary Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our Warehouse unit in Comun Nuovo (Bergamo) office.
Job Description: Responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations. Must be able to work accurately in a teamwork oriented, high volume, and fast paced environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Preparation of transport documents (DDT) and processing of shipment deliveries in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.Creation and management of shipment labels handling a high volume of daily shipments.Coordination with couriers to organize and monitor shipments, ensuring timely and smooth deliveries.Handling autonomy spare parts and/or ink requests, from order receipt to final shipment.Management of report tracking ensuring timely and effective internal communication.Follow the internal delivery process based on the different shipment procedures (EU or extra ...
